Quick start guide

Before you begin#

You'll need a server that meets the minimum requirements, root or sudo access, and your Salieno licence key (from your account dashboard).

The five steps#

1. Provision a server — a clean Linux VPS (2 vCPU / 4 GB RAM is a comfortable starting point).
2. Install Salieno Core — follow Installing Salieno Core.
3. Activate your licence — paste your key when prompted, or from Settings → Licence. See

1. Create your first plan — define what you sell (resources, price, billing interval).
2. Go live — point your domain at the server and start onboarding customers.

Tips#

• Keep your licence key private — treat it like a password.
• Take a snapshot of the server after a clean install so you can roll back quickly.
• Turn on the AI support assistant so common questions are answered automatically.
