Refunds and cancellations

Cancelling#

You can cancel a subscription any time from Account → Billing. Choose cancel at period end to keep access until your paid period runs out, or ask support to cancel immediately.

When a subscription ends, its licence stops receiving updates and its activation is released. Existing installs continue to run on the last version they had.

Refunds#

If something went wrong with a charge, contact support and we'll review it. When we issue a refund:

• The money returns to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
• If we refund a subscription charge, the subscription is cancelled immediately and access ends.
• You'll get a refund confirmation email.

Good to know#

• Partial refunds are possible for a specific charge.
• A refunded subscription can't keep running — the two go together.
• Questions about a specific payment? Reply to any receipt email or open a ticket.
